Packing
How a piece travels
Double-boxed
An inner presentation box inside an outer shipping carton, with a crush margin on every face.
Foam-seated
Each piece is cut into closed-cell foam so it cannot shift. Clocks travel with the movement immobilised.
Moisture-barriered
Sealed with an anti-tarnish barrier and a desiccant sachet. Silver that arrives tarnished is our problem, not yours.
No plastic
Paper, board and cotton throughout. No polystyrene and no bubble wrap in any consignment we send.
Customs
Duty and local taxes
Our prices do not include import duty, VAT, GST or local handling fees. Those are set by your country, charged on arrival, and payable by you.
We declare every consignment accurately, at the price you paid. We will not mark a shipment as a gift or under-declare its value to reduce your duty — it is illegal in your country as well as ours, and it voids the insurance that protects your order.
Silver articles and giftware clear customs routinely almost everywhere we ship. Bullion is treated differently in several jurisdictions and may attract additional documentation or duty. If you are ordering bars, message us first and we will tell you what to expect for your country before you pay.
Returns
Thirty days, no argument
If a piece is not what you expected, send it back within thirty days of delivery in its original condition and packaging, and we will refund it in full to your original payment method.
We pay the return freight on anything that arrives damaged or is not as described. On a change of mind, the return freight is yours.
Engraved pieces and bullion are final sale once dispatched — engraving cannot be undone, and bullion is priced against a metal market that moves daily.
Damage in transit is covered by the insurance on every consignment. Photograph the outer carton before you open it if it looks knocked, send us the images, and we will replace or refund without asking you to prove anything further.
